For anyone who runs Meta ads
7 reasons to run your Facebook ads from Claude or ChatGPT
By Eric, founder of AdChat · Updated · 5 min read
Ads Manager was built for full-time media buyers. Most people running Facebook and Instagram ads are not. They have a shop, a clinic or three clients, and they open Ads Manager to answer one question. AdChat lets you ask Claude or ChatGPT instead, using your live ad account. Here are seven reasons to try it, and in the FAQ, the reasons it might not be for you.
No credit card needed. Then from $19/month. Cancel anytime.
- Approved Meta app
- Read-only until you say so
- 7 days free, no card
- New campaigns start paused

You ask in plain English and get a straight answer
“Which ad had the cheapest purchase last week, and why?” AdChat pulls the live numbers from your Meta account, with breakdowns by age, placement, country or device, and Claude or ChatGPT explain them in normal words. No columns to configure, no exporting to a spreadsheet.
It reads campaigns, ad sets and ads, any date range, and compares periods for you. If you don't know what CPM or frequency means, ask. It explains that too.

It works in the AI app you already pay for
AdChat is an MCP server, the standard way to give AI apps new skills. You paste one URL,
https://mcp.adchat.app, into Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor or Codex, sign in once, and the same ~40 tools show up everywhere.Don't use any of those? The Agent plan has its own chat at adchat.app, nothing to install.

It can look, but it can't touch until you say so
A new connection is read-only. AdChat can see your results but can't change anything until you turn on write access in Settings. When you do, every campaign, ad set and ad it creates starts paused, so nothing spends a cent until you switch it on yourself.
It connects through Meta's official Marketing API as an approved Meta app. Your Facebook token is stored encrypted, and you can disconnect any time.

It builds campaigns from a sentence
Say what you sell, who it's for and what you want to spend. AdChat creates the campaign, ad set and ad, uploads your image, searches interests and locations, and can estimate how many people an audience reaches before you commit. It also builds lookalike, website-visitor and engagement audiences.
Never run ads before? Tell it that. It walks you through the few one-time steps that have to happen in Meta itself, like adding a payment method.

Set up a campaign for my bakery. $15 a day, people within 10 km.
Here's the plan. I'll create it paused so you can look first.
✓ Done
“Bakery · local” created (paused)
- Goal: website visits
- Ages 25–55, within 10 km of your shop
- Interests: baking, coffee, brunch
- Budget: $15 a day

It finds the money you're wasting
Ask “where am I wasting money?” and it looks for the usual leaks: ads with spend and no results, ad sets stuck in learning, tired ads with frequency above 3, budgets spread over too many ad sets. Each finding comes with the change it would make.
Want to try that before signing up? The free ads checkup runs the same read-only audit without an account.

Where am I wasting money this month?
Three ads spent $214 with no purchases:
- Summer v2 · video$96 · 0 sales
- Carousel · gifts$71 · 0 sales
- UGC · Sarah$47 · 0 sales
- Static · bestseller$9.80 per sale
Want me to pause the three and move $20 a day to the bestseller ad?

One flat price, whatever you spend on ads
AdChat MCP is $19 a month. There are no credits, no per-message meter inside Claude or ChatGPT, and no price brackets that climb with your ad spend. (The Agent plan's built-in chat has a fair-use limit of 300 messages a month.)
Meta's own Ads MCP is free, and worth trying. It's being switched on one ad account at a time, though, so many accounts can't use it yet. Here's how they compare.

When you want more, there's an agent that keeps watch
The AdChat Agent($35 a month) adds what a chat can't do on its own: it checks your account for problems, emails you when costs jump, sends a report every Monday, and turns every change into a draft you approve and can undo. The free trial includes it, so you can see which plan you need.

Subject:Cost per purchase up 46% on “Broad 25–45”
Over the last 3 days, “Broad 25–45” spent $186 for 7 purchases ($26.57 each). The two weeks before averaged $18.20. Frequency is 3.9, so the ads are probably tired.

A note from the founder
AdChat is new, small and independent, so you won't find thousands of reviews here yet. What you get instead: I read every email myself, and the trial needs no card, so you can judge it on your own account. If something doesn't work for you, write to me at [email protected].
