AdChat is an AI-powered ad intelligence platform that connects your Facebook ad account to Claude or ChatGPT. Our service includes:
- Facebook ad account data connection via Meta API
- AI-powered ad performance analysis and recommendations
- Waste detection and winner identification
- Creative fatigue monitoring
- Ad copy generation based on top performers
- Account health summaries and time period comparisons
Account Registration
To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Lifetime License
When you purchase AdChat, you receive a lifetime license to use the software. This means:
- One-time payment with no recurring fees
- Access to all current features at the time of purchase
- Free updates and improvements
- Continued access as long as the service operates
The "lifetime" license refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. We reserve the right to discontinue the service with reasonable notice (minimum 12 months).
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AdChat to:
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Use the service to manipulate ad platforms or violate their terms
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Interfere with the operation of our service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Customer Data
You retain ownership of all customer data you upload to AdChat. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and process this data, including any necessary consent from your customers for email communications.
You agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM Act requirements.
Email Sending
AdChat connects to your Meta ad account via the Meta API. You are responsible for:
- Obtaining proper consent before adding contacts
- Providing accurate sender information
- Honoring unsubscribe requests
- Complying with anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction
Payment and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with AdChat, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Intellectual Property
AdChat, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Third-Party Services
Our service may integrate with third-party platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these external services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
AdChat is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

- Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
- The quality of the service will meet your expectations
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdChat and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdChat, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
