What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI tools connect to external data sources. It's how Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other AI tools access your ad data through AdChat — securely and in real time.

Setup
How long does setup take?
About 60 seconds. Connect your Facebook account, copy the MCP config, paste it into your AI tool. Done.
Do I need to install anything?
No. AdChat runs as a cloud server. You just paste a configuration into your AI tool — no app, no extension, no code.
Can I connect multiple ad accounts?
The base plan covers one ad account. You can add a second account for an additional one-time fee.
Security & Data
Is my ad data safe?
Yes. AdChat uses a read-only connection to your Meta ad account. We cannot create, modify, pause, or delete any campaigns, ad sets, or ads.
Does AdChat store my data?
We do not store your campaign data on our servers. Your ad data passes through to your AI session in real time. We store only your connection credentials (encrypted) and usage metadata.
Can AdChat change my ads?
No. Read-only by design. AdChat can see your performance data but cannot touch your campaigns. Every change is made by you in Ads Manager.
What data does AdChat access?
Standard ad performance data: campaigns, ad sets, ads, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, frequency, and performance over time. Nothing beyond your ad performance metrics.

Is this really a one-time payment?

Troubleshooting
My AI tool says AdChat is not connected
- Make sure you saved the MCP configuration correctly
- Restart your AI tool (Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Check that your API key is current — find it in your dashboard
I'm getting "Authorization failed"
Your API key may have been regenerated. Go to your dashboard and copy the latest key.
Responses are slow
Large ad accounts with many campaigns take a few seconds to query. This is normal — the AI is pulling live data from Meta's API for every question.
My Facebook connection expired
Facebook access tokens expire periodically. Go to your dashboard and reconnect your Facebook account. Your API key and MCP config stay the same.
